Certification Courses

As a PADI Instructor, I offer everything from your very first breath underwater to advanced specialty training. Whether you're starting from zero or rounding out your specialty log, here's what I teach.

Core Certifications

Open Water Diver

Depth: 18m / 60ft 4 Open Water Dives 3–4 Days

Your first scuba certification and the gateway to a lifetime of diving. Learn core skills like buoyancy control, mask clearing, and safe ascents in the pool, then put them into practice on four open water dives. No experience necessary.

Prerequisite: None — beginners welcome Get Started

Advanced Open Water Diver

Depth: 30m / 100ft 5 Adventure Dives 2–3 Days

Build on your Open Water skills with five Adventure Dives, including a required Deep dive and Navigation dive. Pick the remaining three based on your interests — a great way to sample a specialty like wreck, night, or buoyancy before committing to the full course.

Prerequisite: PADI Open Water Diver or equivalent Get Started

Specialty Courses

Already certified and ready to go further? These specialties build real skill in the areas I focus on most.

Deep Diver

Depth: 40m / 130ft 4 Dives 2 Days

Extend your depth range to the recreational limit. Learn to recognize and manage nitrogen narcosis, plan your gas supply, and dive deeper with confidence and control.

Prerequisite: Advanced Open Water Diver, age 15+

Wreck Diver

4 Dives 2 Days

Explore sunken ships safely. Learn wreck-diving techniques, hazard awareness, mapping, and how to survey a wreck without disturbing it.

Prerequisite: Adventure Diver or Advanced Open Water Diver, age 15+

Enriched Air (Nitrox) Diver

eLearning + 1 Session

The most popular PADI specialty. Dive with enriched air nitrox for longer bottom times and shorter surface intervals. Complete the eLearning at home, then finish with a single in-person session.

Prerequisite: PADI Open Water Diver, age 12+

Peak Performance Buoyancy

2 Dives 1–2 Days

Fine-tune your trim, weighting, and air consumption. This specialty sharpens the buoyancy skills from Open Water so you glide effortlessly and protect the reef.

Prerequisite: PADI Open Water Diver, age 10+

Night Diver

3 Night Dives 2 Nights

Experience the reef after dark, when many species you'll never see during the day come out to feed. Learn light-handling, night navigation, and communication.

Prerequisite: PADI Open Water Diver, age 12+
